Review:

The book “Our Little Secret: The True Story of a Teenage Killer and the Silence of a Small New England Town” is a very well written book. When I began reading this book, I found it half to put it down. When I got halfway through the book, I found it started getting a little dry. But never the less Kevin Flynn and Rebecca Lavoie manage to keep the reader interested in the case. And when you get past the dry places, you once again will be dragged into the matter and forget about them faster than you would imagine.

I have never heard about this case. And I found the book by scrolling through real crime books. I found the title and the description of the book exciting, so I bought it.

In the book, you learn about what became known as case 1-35-147. This case is about how a teenager turns out to become a killer. The day he decides to end the life of Danny Paquette. Paquette was allegedly a child molester.

You will receive information on how it all began back in the ’60s and how a teenager named Eric Windhurst became a murderer. And you will learn how Victor Paquette fights for decades to get to the bottom of the case as he wants to know who killed his brother.

“Our Little Secret: The True Story of a Teenage Killer and the Silence of a Small New England Town” is defiantly an exciting book. And you receive a good look into how abuse and love go into a higher unit ending with murder.
